Beer On Tap, Acola Rimfire, Ima Bandit and Chase's Chance were slow to begin.  Acola Rimfire and Ima Bandit collided soon after the start.  Ima Bandit crossed to the outside approaching the 300m mark, checking Chase's Chance.  Ima Bandit checked off Chase's Chance at the 250m mark.  Beer On Tap crossed to the outside at the 200m mark and collided with Chase's Chance.  Matchstick Girl, My Names Rhonda and City Slang cllided approaching the 150m mark.  Beer On Tap and My Names Rhonda collided at the 150m mark, checking My Names Rhonda.  City Slang checked off Matchstick Girl approaching the winning post.

Matchstick Girl was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained spike wounds to the right hind toe.  No stand down period was imposed.

Cat Zingano crossed to the outside soon after the start, checking Haiyan, Cockys' Boy, Run Ollie Run, Cee Cee Senor and Dodge The Storm.  Cat Zingano, Cee Cee Senor and Dodge The Storm collided at the 250m mark, checking all three greyhounds.  Jetmag Ink and Rick Grimes collided approaching the 200m mark.  Run Ollie Run and Cee Cee Senor collided at the 150m mark, checking both greyhounds.

Cockys' Boy was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injured left chest muscle and right triangle muscle, a 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Stewards issued a warning to A Smit, the trainer of Cockys' Boy regarding the greyhound’s racing manners approaching the winning post.

Heartbreak Hermy was slow to begin.  Rock'Em Elvis, Furiosa and Levenseat Bevan collided soon after the start, checking all three greyhounds.  Annaley Nae Nae crossed to the rail soon after the start, checking Hardaway Terror.  Rock'Em Elvis and Levenseat Bevan collided at the 300m mark.  Hardaway Terror and Naughty Cazza collided aprpoaching the 250m mark.  Levenseat Bevan and Annaley Nae Nae collided at the 50m mark.  Levenseat Bevan and Laniakea collided approaching the winning post, checking Laniakea.

Pagani Lola crossed to the outside soon after the start, checking Hardaway Law, Encee Eye Gibbs and Pagani Lola.  You Say So and Saahd collided soon after the start.  You Say So and Pagani Lola collided at the 250m mark.  You Say So checked off Hardaway Law at the 250m mark.  Roman Baroque faltered at the 250m mark and tailed off.  Encee Eye Gibbs clipped the heels of Saahd at the 150m mark and stumbled.

Roman Baroque was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injured right monkey muscle and right hip, a 21 day stand down period was imposed.

Master Phelps and Karthikeyan collided soon after the start.  Dragon's Den, He's Panicken and Mott Haven collided approaching the 300m mark.  Dragon's Den, He's Panicken, Mott Haven, Pappa Gallo, Master Phelps and Karthikeyan collided at the 300m mark, checking Mott Haven, Pappa Gallo, Master Phelps and Karthikeyan.  Karthikeyan crossed to the rail approaching the 200m mark, checking Pappa Gallo.  Dragon's Den and He's Panicken collided approaching the 200m mark.  Dragon's Den checked off Invictus Lawless at the 100m mark.

Stewards spoke to Mr. W. Alley , the representative of Big Barking Bert regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races. Big Barking Bert last raced on 15th of January 2016 and is returning to racing after a hock injury. Mr. Alley also declared a new weight of 30.7 for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2). Big Barking Bert last raced at 32.3.

Stewards spoke to Mr.B. Toner , the representative of Tobias Kelton regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races. Tobias Kelton last raced on 10th December, 2015 and is returning to racing after a hock injury. Mr. Toner also declared a new weight of 35.4 for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2). Tobias Kelton last raced at 36.5.

Noaki Lynx and Wild Douglas collided soon after the start.  Big Barking Bert and Tobias Kelton collided soon after the start.  Showtime Mystery, Lovely Lizzie and Noaki Lynx collided at the 300m mark, checking Showtime Mystery, Chase The Breeze and Noaki Lynx and severely checking Lovely Lizzie which tailed off as a result.

Lovely Lizzie was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained spike wounds to the right hind toe and an injured left back muscle, a 60 day stand down period was imposed.

Stewards spoke to Mr. M. Whyte, the representative of More For You regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races. More For You last raced on 5th December, 2015 and is returning to racing after a hip injury.

It's All Talk and More For You were slow to begin.  Mr. Coops and Bejay The Dejay collided soon after the start.  Bejay The Dejay checked off Miss Belladonna at the 250m mark.  It's All Talk and Miss Belladonna collided at the 50m mark.

Bedlum and Fear Radradra collided soon after the start.  Bear's Gold, Lauren Kasey and Bordeaux Miss collided at the 300m mark.  One Stormy Night, Lauren Kasey and Bedlum collided at the 250m mark, checking all three greyhounds.  One Stormy Night checked off Shakey Benz at the 150m mark.

Stewards spoke to Ms.M.Schmidt , the Trainer of Invictus Ash regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races. Invictus Ash last raced on 22nd Of November, 2015 and is returning to racing after a Left Wrist Injury.

Tranquil Midge and Benson collided soon after the start and again at the 300m mark.  Invictus Ash, Wolfbane McCabe, Doobstar, Wise Harry and Benson collided at the 250m mark.  Wolfbane McCabe and Doobstar collided at the 150m mark.

Chicks Buzzard was a late scratching at 11:34am on the advice of the Club’s Veterinary Surgeon due to dehrydration and elevated tempurature. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Ston Senoring and Bruree Jewel collided soon after the start.  Unexcuseable, Stop Senoring and Roll 'Em Mighty collided approaching the 250m mark, checking Unexcuseable and Stop Senoring.

Bass Girl was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injured right split webbing, a 21 day stand down period was imposed.

Fear Me Roar and Annunaki collided soon after the start.  Call Me Deita and Showgirl Miss collided soon after the start.  Ruby's Faith, Baroness Tippy and Stroke Of Genius collided at the 250m mark.  Pete's Tiimey, Call Me Deita and Showgirl Miss collided at the 200m mark, checking Showgirl Miss.  Pete's Tiimey and Baroness Tippy collided approaching the 50m mark, checking Baroness Tippy and Call Me Deita.  Showgirl Miss and Baroness Tippy collided approaching the winning post.

MEETING CONDITIONS:

Satisfactory Trial Results (GAR 77A) - Stewards spoke to J Desaubin, the trainer of Pud regarding the length of time since the greyhound last raced. Pud last raced on 23 November 2015. J Desaubin stated that the greyhound had been seasonal.  Pursuant to GAR 77A, Pud trialled over the 350m from box 1, weight 31.9kgs.  The greyhound stayed in the boxes and took no competitive part in the trial. Pud was not cleared.
