Allen Cydan stumbled soon after box rise. Firecette and Fury Bale collided soon after the start. Forheza, Dyna Imhari and Firecette collided approaching the first turn checking Forheza. Allen Cydan checked off Dyna Imhari on the first turn. Dyna Imhari checked off Firecette on the first turn. Fury Bale and Should You Daire collided approaching the home turn. Firecette, Should You Daire and Dyna Imhari collided entering the home straight checking Forheza. Allen Cydan checked off Firecette in the home straight. Dyna Imhari marred the running of Should You Daire in the home straight.
Dyna Imhari was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.
Stewards spoke to Mr. M. Delbridge, the trainer of the greyhound Dyna Imhari. Acting under GAR 69(1), stewards charged Dyna Imhari with marring and suspended the greyhound for 28 days at Warrnambool and directed that the greyhound perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks), pursuant to GAR 69(2)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted.
