Steward's Report
Tram Tracker was quick to begin. Off Ya Rocket and Blue Cat Wombat were slow to begin. Le Freak was very slow to begin (4 lengths). Fifty Dollar was very slow to begin (15 lengths).Tram Tracker and Patchie Thief collided soon after the start checking Patchie Thief. Patchie Thief, Dashing Max and Blue Cat Wombat collided approaching the first turn checking Dashing Max and Patchie Thief. Off Ya Rocket and Blue Cat Wombat collided on the first turn. Patchie Thief raced wide on the home turn checking Blue Cat Wombat and Dashing Max.
Fifty Dollar was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.
Stewards spoke to Mr. S. Jack, the trainer of the greyhound Fifty Dollar. Stewards deemed the performance of Fifty Dollar unsatisfactory in this event and acting in accordance with GAR 71, Stewards directed that Fifty Dollar must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) before any future nomination will be accepted.
