Steward's Report
A pre race sample was unable to be obtained from Monster Fish. A post race sample was subsequently taken.
Eden's Belle and Lady Charlotte were quick to begin. Dyna Elvio was slow to begin. Melissa Lee crossed to the rail soon after the start, checking Weeona Dino, Monster Fish, Hiazakyte and Spring Tee. Hiazakyte, Monster Fish and Weeona Dino collided approaching the first turn, checking Weeona Dino. Sprint Tee and Melissa Lee collided approaching the first turn, checking Sprint Tee. Dyna Elvio and Hiazakyte collided on the first turn. Melissa Lee galloped on the heels of Eden's Belle approaching the home turn, causing Eden's Belle to stumble and Monster Fish to fall. Dyna Elvio, Hiazakyte and Eden's Belle collided approaching the winning post, checking Hiazakyte.
Monster Fish was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injured left groin and left deltoid, a 7 day stand down period was imposed.
