Steward's Report
A pre-race sample was taken from Bella Rhode.
Call Me Ernie was very slow to begin (3L). Barb Allen and Very Venom collided approaching the first turn. Roaring Rampage, Sporto Brian and Modern Value collided on the first turn, checking Sporto Brian and Call Me Ernie, and causing In The Net to stumble. Barb Allen and Very Venom collided in the home straight.
In The Net was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained right hindleg metatarsal abrasions, a three day stand down period was imposed.
