Stewards spoke to Mr P.Tanti, the trainer of Maestro Destini regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races.  Maestro Destini last raced on 11 December 2016. Mr Tanti stated that the greyhound was returning to racing followiing illness.

Stewards spoke to Mr P.Gabriel,  the trainer of Sally's Treasure regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races.  Sally's Treasure last raced on 9 December 2016. Mr Gabriel stated that the greyhound was returning to racing following a right shoulder injury.
