A pre race sample was taken from Good Odds Jet.
Rip And Tear was quick to begin. Rippin Rose and Good Odds Jet were slow to begin. Good Odds Jet and All Inn Miles collided approaching the first turn, checking Good Odds Jet. Rippin Rose and Jindara collided on the first turn, checking Jindara. Nine Tenths checked off Rip And Tear approaching the home turn. Rickety Gate galloped on the heels of Shazzle's Boy approaching the home turn, severely checking Rickety Gate and Jindara, causing Jindara fall, All Inn Miles and Good Odds Jet race wide as a result. Rippin Rose checked off Nine Tenths approaching the home turn.
Jindara was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a right triangle injury and a abrasion to the nose, a 7 day stand down period was imposed.
