Steward's Report
Backin' Bully and Legend Jack were quick to begin. Barra Johnson, Lakeview Lyn and Wadelock Mindy collided soon after the start checking Lakeview Lyn. Barra Johnson, Lakeview Lyn and Wadelock Mindy collided approaching the first turn checking Barra Johnson severely checking Lakeview Lyn and Wadelock Mindy; Lakeview Lyn stumbled and lost considerable ground as a result. Magic Myer and Fantasy McQueen collided on the home turn. Barra Johnson raced wide on the home turn.
Lakeview Lyn was vetted and after being re vetted following event 7, it was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the right back muscle and left triangle muscle, a 10 day stand down period was imposed.
Legend Jack was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound was found to have soreness in both hamstrings, a 5 day stand down period was imposed.
