A pre race sample was taken from Tiger Rance.
Why Not Jojo and Phillip Keeping were quick to begin. Kodason was slow to begin. Dash Of Scotch and Coco Marlow collided soon after the start severely checking Dash Of Scotch which contacted the running rail and stumbled. Why Not Jojo and Phillip Keeping collided on the first turn severely checking Why Not Jojo and Tiger Rance. Dash of Scotch raced wide on the home turn.
Tiger Rance was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a left monkey muscle injury and a left triangle injury, a 10 day stand down period was imposed.
