Bellini Martini was a late scratching at 2:21pm due to the greyhound being on season (GAR 24). A 28 day stand down period was imposed.
Gunnadoo Law was quick to begin. Fine Wine and One Moore Page collided soon after the start and again approaching the first turn, checking Fine Wine which collided with Scarecrow Tiger. Broulee Miss and All Inn Hunter collided approaching the first turn, checking All Inn Hunter. Broulee Miss and Gunnadoo Law collided on the first turn. Fine Wine, Scarecrow Tiger and One Moore Page collided on the first turn, checking Fine Wine. May's Melody galloped on the heels of All Inn Hunter on the home turn. May's Melody checked off All Inn Hunter entering the home straight. All Inn Hunter raced wide in the home straight.
