Stewards spoke to Mr. N. Partridge, the trainer of Belena Lad regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races. Belena Lad last raced on 23rd, February, 2015. Mr. Partridge stated that Belena Lad is returning to racing from a back muscle injury.
A pre race sample was taken from Ayden Jackson.
Belena Las was quick to begin. Alberino was slow to begin. Ayden Jackson and Dyso Matt collided approaching the first turn. Ayden Jackson checked off Dyso Matt in the home straight.
