Taz's Man was quick to begin. Thunder Raz was slow to begin. Tigra Tron and Cosmic Lacey collided soon after the start. Arolok Hobo galloped on the heels of Rampaging Rosie on the first turn, checking Rampaging Rosie, which raced wide as a result. Tigra Tron and Time Taker collided on the first turn. Cosmic Lacey and Time Taker collided approaching the home turn, checking Time Taker. Thunder Raz and Time Taker collided on the home turn. Rampaging Rosie and Arolok Hobo raced wide in the home straight.
Time Taker was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the left monkey muscle, a 7 day stand down period was imposed.
