Supreme Deal was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained spike wounds to both hind legs.  No stand down period was imposed.

Blush Burst, Master Bekim, Reichenbach and Awsome To Excel were slow to begin.  Allen Jersey and Nitro Power collided approaching the first turn checking Nitro Power.  Master Bekim, Nitro Power, Reichenbach and Major Crush collided on the first turn checking Blush Burst, Nitro Power, Reichenbach and Major Crush.  Brown Bomber, Master Bekim and Allen Jersey collided on the third turn.  Major Crush eased in the home straight checking Brown Bomber.  Master Bekim and Allen Jersey collided in the home straight checking both greyhounds.

Awsome To Excel was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to the left shoulder, right triangle and right calf muscle, a 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Major Crush was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the right calf muscle, a 5 day stand down period was imposed.  Stewards spoke to Mr B. Hodgson, Trainer of Major Crush.  Acting under GAR 69(B)(1), the Stewards charged Major Crush with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury).  Mr Hodgson pleaded not guilty to the charge.  Major Crush was found guilty and Stewards directed that the greyhound perform a Satisfactory Trial, All Tracks, pursuant to GAR 69(B)(1)(a), before any future nomination will be accepted.

Duomo Bale which tired over the concluding stages was was vetted following the event.  It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

Lunar Eclipse, Opus Forte and Allen Phanto were slow to begin.  Opus Forte checked off Allen Phanto soon after the start.  White Bandit, Crackerjack Max, Dyna Jonah, Allen Icarus, Allen Phanto and Lunar Eclipse collided approaching the first turn checking Starlight Jack, Dyna Jonah and Allen Icarus, severely checking Lunar Eclipse and causing Allen Phanto to fall.  White Bandit and Crackerjack Max collided on the first turn.  White Bandit and Allen Icarus collided approaching the third turn.

Allen Phanto was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a fractured left tibia and fibula and was humanely euthanased.

Zoltina's Legacy was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the right triangle muscle, a 5 day stand down period was imposed.  Stewards spoke to Mr J. Barbara, Handler of Zoltina's Legacy regarding the greyhound's performance.  Mr Barbara stated that it was the greyhound's first attempt over the 525m and in his opinion it was not suited to that distance and will be kept to shorter distance races in future.
