Stewards spoke to Mr. J. Thompson, the trainer of Invictus Rapid regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races.  Invictus Rapid last raced on 29th September, 2016.  Mr. Thompson stated that the greyhound was returning to racing following a torn right back muscle.

MEETING COMMENTS:

Satisfactory Trial Results (Blinkers) - Destini Ricardo trialled over the 450m from box 7, weight 33.0kgs, the greyhound was placed 1st in a field of 4. The time of the trial was 26.11, the greyhound won by a margin of 10 1/2 lengths. Destini Ricardo was cleared to race in blinkers.
