Steward's Report
Stewards spoke to Mr. D. Pattinson the trainer of Lizzie Fields regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races. Lizzie Fields last raced on 12/10/16. Mr. Pattinson stated that the greyhound was returning to racing following a left metatarsal injury.
A pre-race sample was taken from Tidelina.
Remember Jess and Princess Briana were slow to begin. King Of Diamonds and Magenta Gold collided soon after the start checking Princess Briana. Magenta Gold and Kokoda Dreamin' collided soon after the start. Kokoda Dreamin' and My Alibi collided on the first turn checking Lizzie Fields and severley checking Princess Briana. My Alibi was checked off King Of Diamonds in the home straight.
Princess Briana was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injured left deltoid muscle, a 7 day stand down period was imposed.
