Steward's Report
Stewards spoke to Mr. C. Hughes, the trainer of Hermoso regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races. Hermoso last raced on 8th September, 2016. Mr. Hughes stated that the greyhound was returning to racing after being on season.
A pre-race sample was taken from Two Time.
Oh Lele Peter was slow to begin. Filius Flitwick and Hardaway Terror collided approaching the first turn checking Filius Flitwick. Hermoso severely checked off Harsh Miles on the first turn. Oh Lele Peter checked off Hardaway Terror in the home straight.
Hermoso was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a laceration to its right hind toes. A 5 day stand down period was imposed.
