Steward's Report
Stewards were given a letter from the handler of Over Limit Mr. B. Finn on behalf of trainer Mr. G Rounds regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between starts, as Over Limit had not stared since the 9th of May, 2015. Mr. Rounds had stated that the greyhound had been recovering from a hock injury.
A pre race sample was taken from Over Limit.
Proven Chops and Fluke Of Fantasy were slow to begin. Proven Chops, Crackerjack Bill and Go Mobo collided on the first turn, checking Crackerjack Bill. Crackerjack Bill and Quantum Bale collided on the first turn, checking both greyhounds. Quantum Bale and Go Mobo collided on the home turn.
