Steward's Report
Stewards spoke to Mr. P. Cusack, the trainer of Black Ember regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races. Black Ember last raced on 5th of September, 2016. Mr. Cusack stated that Black Ember is returning to racing after being on season.
A pre-race sample was taken from Demon Jesse.
Teflon Tony and Schooner Doll were slow to begin. Leo's Gift and Silvertop collided soon after the start. Dyna Irminus and Demon Jesse collided approaching the first turn. Black Ember, Teflon Tony and Silvertop collided on the first turn. Tricky Tezza, Dyna Irminus and Demon Jesse collided on the home turn. Dyna Irminus raced wide in the home straight.
