A pre race sample was taken from Plenty To Prove.
Plenty To Prove was slow to begin.
Arolok Cuddles checked off Fast As Escargot soon after the start. Mahogany Boy, White Gold and Arolok Cuddles collided approaching the first turn checking Arolok Cuddles and Plenty To Prove. Plenty To Prove checked off Nitro Rocks on the first turn. Arolok Cuddles galloped on the heels of Nitro Rocks on the first turn severely checking Arolok Cuddles which stumbled and tailed off as a result, Plenty To Prove fell as a result. White Gold and Nitro Rocks collided approaching the home turn. Grand Grange checked off Mahogany Boy in the home straight.
Arolok Cuddles was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury.
Plenty To Prove was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to the left thigh and the right coupling muscle. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.
