Steward's Report
Lemon Patchwork was a late scratching at 6:18pm due to weight variation (GAR 39). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Trainer Mr. G. Bromley was fined the sum of $100.
This event was hand started.
A pre race sample was taken from Greysynd Ace.
Bashir was quick to begin. Greysynd Ace was slow to begin. Buckle Up Axel and Pee Dee collided soon after the start. Don's Collision and Buckle Up Axel collided on the first turn. Ruby Cabang checked off Bashir on the second turn.
Buckle Up Axel was vetted follwoing the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a left wrist injury. A stand down period of 14 days was imposed.
