Steward's Report
Mr. S. Humphries, trainer of Fiery Miss declared a new weight of 27.3kgs for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2). Fiery Miss last raced at 25.6kgs.
A pre-race sample was taken from Seraph.
Seraph, Glen Mika and Strummer Expresss were slow to begin. Seraph crossed to the outside soon after the start. Glen Mika and Blue Fusion collided approaching the 200 metre mark and again at the 200 metre mark checking Glen Mika. Fiery Miss and Blue Fusion collided at the 150 metre mark. Strummer Express and Madambash collided at the 150 metre mark. Donkey Tron raced wide throughout the event.
Stewards noted that the muzzle of Seraph became dislodged during the running of the event.
