Steward's Report
Tron Bradman was slow to begin. Redhot Pursuit, Dark Obsession and Tron Bradman collided soon after the start, checking Dark Obsession. Redhot Pursuit checked off Dyna Fame on the first turn. Redhot Pursuit checked off Tron Bradman approaching the home turn. Deadly Lyko faltered approaching the home turn and lost ground as a result.
Stewards noted that the muzzle of Dark Obsession became dislodged during the running of the event.
A sample was taken from Magic Is Might - the winner of the event.
Deadly Lyko was vetted and after being revetted following the event 6, it was reported that the greyhound sustained an injured right inner thigh, a 28 day stand down period was imposed.
