Dr. Eleonora was slow to begin. Robbie Gallen and Lightning Lil collided approaching the first turn. Lightning Lil and Dynamite Dex collided approaching the first turn. Lightning Lil was checked off Dynamite Dex on the first turn. Somersby Red and Dr. Eleonora collided in the back straight and again approaching the home turn. Somersby Red was checked off Zafonic Express entering the home straight.
Nods One was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a laceration just above the left stopper, a 7 day stand down period was imposed.
