Steward's Report
Wind Whistler was slow to begin.
Ring The Bell checked off Allen Lottery approaching the first turn. Senator Monelli and Allen Lottery collided approaching the first turn. Ring The Bell galloped on Come On Fantasy on the third turn. Allen Lottery checked off Ring The Bell on the third turn. Allen Lottery and Ring The Bell collided approaching the home turn. Come On Fantasy and Celestial Folk collided on the home turn.
Samples were taken from placegetters - Senator Monelli (1st), Ring The Bell (2nd) and Cardiology (3rd).
Stewards noted that there was no catcher for the greyhound Cardiology. Stewards subsequently spoke to trainer Ms K.Coleman and licensed person Mr. Graham Julian regarding the matter. Upon investigation stewards charged Mr Julian with the breach of GAR 86(O), in that he did fail to catch the greyhound Cardiology, which in the opinion of stewards was negligent. Mr Julian pleaded guilty to the charge. Stewards found Mr Julian guilty as charged and issued a penalty of $50.00
