Steward's Report

Linco Bale was quick to begin.

Miss Bo Wicked and Leopardstown collided soon after the start.  Blue Alcatraz, Leopardstown, Aston Harvey and Ya Want Some collided approaching the first turn checking Leopardstown, Ya Want Some and Amaroo Crack It.  Miss Bo Wicked checked off Leopardstown approaching the second turn.  Leopardstown checked off Aston Harvey entering the back straight.  Leopardstown and Linco Bale collided approaching the home turn. Miss Bo Wicked and Amaroo Crack It collided approaching the home turn.  Linco Bale marred the running of Destini Wildfire entering the home straight.

Linco Bale was vetted following the event.  it was reported that the greyhound sustained abrasions, no stand down period was imposed.

Stewards spoke to Mrs L. Delbridge, the representative of the greyhound Linco Bale regarding the greyhounds racing manners entering the home straight. Acting under GAR 69(1) stewards charged Linco Bale with marring. Mrs L. Delbridge pleaded guilty to the charge, Linco Bale was found guilty and suspended for 28 days at Sandown and it was directed that the greyhound perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks), pursuant to GAR 69(2)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted.
