Cazar Rose checked off Pen Shaw in the back straight. Pentapod and Cazar Rose collided approaching the second turn checking Pentapod. Rapid Boy and Gorbachev collided approaching the home turn checking both greyhounds. Pentapod and Cazar Rose collided on the home turn checking Cazar Rose. Spreading Rumors raced wide in the home straight. Beau Mambo tired over the concluding stages of the event.
