Reap The Benefit was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained soreness to the right calf muscle, a 5 day stand down period was imposed.

Stewards spoke to Mr K. Virtue, Trainer of Banjo Bewdy regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races.  Banjo Bewdy last raced on 2 March 2015.  Mr Virtue stated that the greyhound has been on season.

Gangalla Lodge, Nitro Deception and Banjo Bewdy were quick to begin.  Gangalla Lodge and Glamorous Cheech collided soon after the start.  Glamorous Cheech, Nitro Deception, Destini Wildfire and Rogernator collided soon after the start.  Rogernator and Allen Jersey collided on the first turn.  Glamorous Cheech and Nitro Deception collided on the first turn checking Glamorous Cheech.  Rogernator and Allen Jersey collided on the home turn.  Rogernator eased entering the home straight and collided with Allen Jersey.

Rogernator was vetted following the event and was revetted following Race 4.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the left wrist, a 7 day stand down period was imposed.  Stewards spoke to Mr M. Briganti, Trainer of Rogernator.  Acting under GAR 69(B)(1), Stewards charged Rogernator with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury).  Mr Briganti pleaded guilty to the charge, Rogernator was found guilty and Stewards directed that the greyhound perform a Satisfactory Trial, All Tracks, pursuant to GAR 69(B)(1)(a), before any future nomination will be accepted.

Jayco Bale, Magic Coups and Wise Ginger were slow to begin.  College Graduate and Both Sides Now collided soon after the start.  Jayco Bale and Magic Coups collided soon after the start.  Kraken Nitro and West On Xandi collided soon after the start.  Kraken Nitro and West On Xandi collided approaching the first turn.  Dyna Unique, West On Xandi and Wise Ginger collided on the first turn checking Wise Ginger.  College Graduate, Jayco Bale and Magic Coups collided on the first turn.  Kraken Nitro and Wise Ginger collided on the first turn checking Kraken Nitro.  College Graduate and Magic Coups collided in the back straight.

So Sack Me, Nolen's Gift and Moonlit Eyes were slow to begin.  Aston Shiraz crossed to the inside soon after the start checking Desperate Pete and Destini Scorcher.  Desperate Pete and El Chapo collided soon after the start.  Aston Force, Desperate Pete, El Chapo and Nolen's Gift collided on the first turn checking El Chapo and Nolen's Gift.  So Sack Me and Destini Scorcher collided on the second turn.  Aston Force and Aston Shiraz collided in the back straight on the third turn and again in the home straight.

El Chapo was vetted following the event.  It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

Waynewright, Palm Tee and Able Chief were slow to begin.  Palm Tee and Able Chief collided soon after the start.  Uno Whirl, Madame Black and Ninety Five collided approaching the first turn checking Madame Black.  Madame Black and Able Chief collided on the second turn.  Waynewright and Able Chief collided on the third turn.  Uno Whirl and Ninety Five collided on the home turn.  Ultimate Jack and Ninety Five collided on the home turn.  Alouette Magic, Ultimate Jack and Ninety Five collided approaching the winning post checking Ninety Five. 

Madame Black was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the right fore toe, a 14 day stand down period was imposed.

Allen Oregon was slow to begin.  Quarrel Bale and Cee Cee Quoted collided soon after the start.  Weston East, Dyna Chaser and Peggie collided soon after the start.  Come On Fantasy, Allen Oregon and City Rambler collided on the first turn.  Dyna Chaser and Peggie collided approaching the second turn.  Come On Fantasy and Cee Cee Quoted collided on the home turn.

Hogganaught was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a torn left back muscle, a 30 day stand down period was imposed.
