Blonde Man was a late scratching at 11:21am due to non-arrival (GAR 31).  A 28 day stand down period was imposed.  Trainer, Mr. D. Carswell was fined the sum of $100.

Pendles Power, Ring The Bell, Tungawonga, Yeah Whatever and Soft Ballad collided soon after the start checking Pendles Power, Ring The Bell, Yeah Whatever and Soft Ballad.  Pendles Power and Ring The Bell collided approaching the first turn.  Pendles Power, Ring The Bell and Yeah Whatever collided on the first turn checking Ring The Bell.  Tungawonga contacted the running rail on the third turn.  Ester Bale and Tungawonga collided approaching the home turn checking Tungawonga.  Ring The Bell, Ester Bale, Tungawonga and Pendles Power collided on the home turn checking Ester Bale, Tungawonga and Pendles Power.
