Steward's Report
Mr. M. Crowe, trainer of Demon Eyes redeclared a new weight of 32.3kgs for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2). Demon Eyes last raced at 31.2kgs.
Little Miss Sin and Rodarte Quayle were quick to begin. Demon Eyes and Stressful collided soon after the start. Little Miss Sin checked off Rodarte Quayle on the first turn. Striking Bird checked off Hoi Polloi approaching the home turn. Demon Eyes faltered in the home straight and lost ground as a result.
Demon Eyes was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to its left thigh. A 14 day stand down period was imposed.
