Steward's Report
Contrive went up with the lids at box rise and was slow to begin. Iron Side was slow to begin. Nancy May and Heaps Of Boloney collided soon after the start. Contrive checked off Nancy May approaching the first turn. Dynamo's Lady, Kilty Miss and Iron Side collided on the first turn checking Dynamo's Lady, Kilty Miss and Nancy May and severely checking Heaps Of Boloney and Bekim Echo; Bekim Echo galloped on the heels of Heaps Of Boloney as a result.
Heaps Of Boloney was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to its right thigh and right and left shoulders. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.
