Steward's Report
Cosmic Affair was a late scratching at 12.00pm due to non arrival (GAR 31). A 28 day stand down period was imposed. Trainer, Mrs M Clay was fined the sum of $100.
Runaway Rocket and Notorious Girl were slow to begin. Blondy Drama and Lady Nahas collided soon after the start. Blondy Drama and Notorious Girl collided approaching the first turn, checking Blondy Drama. Lady Nahas and Notorious Girl collided on the first turn. Notorious Girl eased approaching the home turn.
Notorious Girl was vetted and re-vetted following race 10. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.
Acting under GAR 69(1)(b), Stewards charged Notorious Girl with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment and suspended the greyhound for 28 days at Warragul and directed that the greyhound perform a satisfactory trial, pursuant to GAR 69(2)(a), before any future nomination will be accepted.
