Steward's Report
Stewards spoke to Ms. V. Wisener the trainer of Full Of Attitude regarding the length of time the greyhound has been between races. Full Of Attitude last raced on 28/04/16. Ms. Wisener stated that the greyhound was returning to racing following being on season.
Wot Price Flash and Full Of Attitude were slow to begin. Lloyd Street, Nitro Hook, Full Of Attitude and Hit Legs collided approaching the first turn checking Nitro Hook, Full Of Attitude and Hit Legs. Jai Alai crossed to the rail on the first turn checking Elswyk Max. Nitro Hook galloped on Elswyk Max on the first turn checking Nitro Hook and severley checking Elswyk Max which stumbled. Hit Legs galloped on Lloyd Street approaching the home turn.
Nitro Hook was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a dislocated toe on the left hind foot and a spike wound to the left hind toe, a 28 day stand down period was imposed.
A sample was taken from Aston Tara - winner of the event.
Stewards spoke to Ms. V. Wisener and reminded her of her responsibilities after she failed to comply with the GRV dress code LRR 22.
