Denali Prince was quick to begin. Dr. Oden, Allen Kentucky and Boston Swing collided soon after the start. Dr. Oden and Allen Kentucky collided approaching the first turn. Allen Kentucky and Boston Swing collided on the first turn. Wise Harvey galloped on Denali Prince on the first turn, checking both greyhounds. Rise Above It checked off Wise Harvey approaching the second turn. Dr. Oden and Dr. Lachie collided approaching the second turn, checking Allen Kentucky and Boston Swing, and severely checking Dr. Oden. Allen Kentucky brushed the running rail on the second turn. Dr. Lachie and Allen Kentucky collided in the back straight. 

Alfie, Dr. Nicholas and Idaho Bale were slow to begin. Wise Maple, Dr. Nicholas and El Evie Jimber collided soon after the start. Dr. Nicholas and Wise Maple collided approaching the first turn. Alfie and El Evie Jimber collided approaching the first turn. Alfie and Idaho Bale collided on the first turn, checking Idaho Bale. El Evie Jimber and Dr. Nicholas collided on the first turn, checking El Evie Jimber. Idaho Bale, Dr. Nicholas and El Evie Jimber collided on the first turn, checking El Evie Jimber and Dr. Nicholas. Idaho Bale and Alfie collided in the back straight, checking Idaho Bale. 

Following the event Idaho Bale collapsed in the catching pen. The greyhound was pronounced deceased by the Club’s Veterinary Surgeon. As a result Stewards ordered that samples be taken and an autopsy be conducted in accordance with GAR 78.

Patrice Bale, Emi's Boy Badger and Hashtag Yolo collided approaching the first turn, checking Emi's Boy Badger and Hashtag Yolo. Ponting's Nail and Mafalda Hopkirk collided approaching the first turn. Emi's Boy Badger checked off Seaside Daisy on the first turn. Patrice Bale and Seaside Daisy collided on the first turn, checking Patrice Bale. Mafalda Hopkirk and Polijuice Potion collided approaching the second turn, checking Polijuice Potion. Dr. Brandon and Seaside Daisy collided approaching the third turn. Seaside Daisy checked off Dr. Brandon on the third turn. Dr. Brandon and Polijuice Potion collided on the home turn, checking Polijuice Potion, which collided with Hashtag Yolo as a result. Dr. Brandon and Seaside Daisy collided entering the home straight.

Patrice Bale was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found. 

Two Tone was slow to begin. Snooky and Giddy Up collided on the second turn. Giddy Up and Indi Allen collided entering the back straight, severely checking both greyhounds. Useful and Who Told Harry collided in the back straight, checking both greyhounds. Zou Zou Nee checked off Useful on the third turn. Snooky and Wise Toffee collided entering the home straight, checking Wise Toffee. 

Giddy Up was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found. 

Indi Allen was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found. 

That's The Plan and Dr. Shiki were slow to begin and collided soon after the start. Quaint Bale and Gold Anthem collided soon after the start. Bush Wacked stumbled and became unbalanced approaching the first turn. Dr. Shiki and Three Day Shadow collided on the first turn. That's The Plan checked off Dr. Shiki on the first turn. Quaint Bale and Gold Anthem collided approaching the second turn, checking Quaint Bale. Bush Wacked and That's The Plan collided in the back straight. Quaint Bale checked off Gold Anthem in the back straight. Dr. Shiki and Three Day Shadow collided in the home straight. 

Bush Wacked was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to the right shoulder and left hip support, a seven day stand down period was imposed. 

It was reported the muzzle of Bush Wacked had become wedged during the running of the event. Stewards spoke to Mr. G. Hall the representative of Bush Wacked regarding the greyhound's racing manners approaching the first turn. After taking into account all the circumstances involved no further action was taken against the greyhound. 

Staggerlicious was quick to begin. White Stinger checked off Tybellene soon after the start. Coota's Cazaly and Bearville Azza collided soon after the start. Tybellene checked off Tollbar approaching the first turn. Both White Stinger and Coota's Cazaly raced wide on the first turn. Staggerlicious and and Tybellene collided approaching the home turn, checking Staggerlicious. Staggerlicious and Billy Bubba collided in the home straight. 

A sample was taken from Bearville Azza - the winner of the event. 

Rozehill Lisa, Feel The Wrath, Tangam Flash, Just Wins, Rugall and Filius Flitwick collided approaching the first turn, checking Filius Flitwick and severely checking Feel The Wrath and Rozehill Lisa; resulting in Feel The Wrath and Rozehill Lisa being forced wide. Rugall and Tangam Flash collided on the home turn. 

Feel The Wrath was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the left shoulder muscle, a seven day stand down period was imposed. 

Rozehill Lisa was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found. 

Express Lane, Dr. Des, Midnight Reign and Quarrel Bale collided soon after the start, checking Midnight Reign and Dr. Des. Express Lane checked off Armed And Ready soon after the start. Armed And Ready and Sonic Dash collided on the first turn. Blingfield and Quarrel Bale collided on the first turn. Both Dr. Des and Express Lane raced wide on the first turn. Express Lane raced wide in the back straight and on the home turn. 

Midnight Reign was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the right shoulder and pain in the left wrist, a fourteen day stand down period was imposed. 

Dr. Samson and Sammy The Foss collided soon after the start. In This Way, Chief Tyson, Creamy Soda and Dr. Peter collided soon after the start, checking Creamy Soda and Chief Tyson. Strange Wish, Dr. Peter and In This Way collided approaching the first turn, checking Dr. Peter. Chief Tyson and My Name's Debbie collided on the first turn. Creamy Soda checked off the heels of Chief Tyson on the first turn and collided with Dr. Samson; resulting in Creamy Soda and Dr. Samson being forced wide. Chief Tyson and My Name's Debbie collided on the second turn and again entering the back straight. Dr. Peter and Chief Tyson collided on the home turn. 

The start time for this event was rescheduled to 4:54pm due to the abandonment of thoroughbred meetings.

Zafonic Zjahdi and Punch It were quick to begin. Classy Boy was slow to begin. Punch It and Ibrox Digger crossed to the rail approaching the first turn. Call Me Scary and Classy Boy collided on the first turn and again in the back straight. St. Victory checked off Classy Boy entering the home straight. Punch It and Ibrox Digger collided several times from entering the home straight and approaching the winning post, checking Punch It. 

Fiesty Fairy was quick to begin. Charlie Pearce and Shattered Ice were slow to begin and collided soon after the start. Winfield Sammy and Shattered Ice collided on the first turn. Fiesty Fairy and Shattered Ice collided on the second turn. Fiesty Fairy and Charlie Pearce collided in the back straight. Fiesty Fairy and Charlie Pearce collided approaching the third turn. Fiesty Fairy checked off Charlie Pearce approaching the home turn and collided with Winfield Sammy.
