Mr. K. Daisley, trainer of Chokey Clokey  redeclared a new weight of 32.8kgs  for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2). Chokey Clokey last raced at 31.2kgs.

Shake 'Em Up and My Master were slow to begin.  Chokey Clokey, Dr. Chitchat and Pink Martini collided soon after the start.  Cheque Her Out and Pink Martini collided approaching the first turn.  Chokey Clokey and Dr. Chitchat collided approaching the first turn.  Shake 'Em Up, Bendtastic, Ollie's Thyme, Cheque Her Out, Chokey Clokey and Dr. Chitchat collided on the first turn checking Cheque Her Out.  Ollie's Thyme, Chokey Clokey, Dr. Chitchat and My Master collided approaching the home turn checking Chokey Clokey and Dr. Chitchat.  Cheque Her Out and Chokey Clokey collided on the home turn.  My Master raced wide in the home straight.

Chokey Cloky was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to its left shoulder.  A 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Stewards spoke to Mr. D. Burge, trainer of Hoopla Doopla with regard to the length of time the greyhound has had between racing.  Hoopla Doopla last raced on 2nd February 2015.  Mr. Burge stated that the greyhound was returning to racing after suffering a right shoulder injury and also a change of kennels. Stewards noted Mr. Burge's comments.

Stewards spoke to Mr. D. Blake, trainer of Middian with regard to the length of time the greyhound has had between racing.  Middian last raced on 15th February 2015.  Mr. Blake stated that the greyhound was returning to racing after being on season.  Stewards noted Mr. Blake's comments.

Dutch Schultz and Sailing Ale were slow to begin.  Go Lakers Go crossed to the rail soon after the start checking Middian and Stretch Limo.  Middian, Dark Tantra, Stretch Limo and Dark Corgi collided approaching the first turn checking Middian, Dark Tantra and Stretch Limo.  Dark Tantra and Stretch Limo collided on the first turn.  Stretch Limo checked off Dark Tantra on the first turn.  Hoopla Doopla and Dark Corgi collided approaching the home turn.  Dutch Schultz and Dark Corgi collided in the home straight.

Pyrenees Dynasty and Magic Max were slow to begin.  Cairnlea Bill, Wild West Stress and Ma Ma Keogh collided soon after the start.  Boston Shuffle, Cairnlea Bill, Wild West Stress and Ma Ma Keogh collided approaching the first turn.  Ma Ma Keogh crossed to the rail on the first turn checking Boston Shuffle, Pyrenees Dynasty and Wild West Stress.  Western Reign, Cairnlea Bill and Ma Ma Keogh collided approaching the second turn.  Sparkling Star checked off Pyrenees Dynasty on the second turn.  Pyrenees Dynasty and Wild West Stress collided approaching the home turn.

Cairnlea Bill was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to its left shoulder.  A 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Splitting Cobra, Love Me To and Mystique Speedy were slow to begin.  Deep Rock and Bekim Nikita collided soon after the start checking Splitting Cobra and Deep Rock.  All Bolts checked off Black Florence on the first turn.  Flying Opal and Bekim Nikita collided on the second turn and again approaching the home turn.  Deep Rock galloped on the heels of All Bolts approaching the home turn checking both greyhounds.  Splitting Cobra raced wide in the home straight. Black Florence and All Bolts collided approaching the winning post.

A pre-race sample was unable to be obtained from Flying Opal, a post race sample was subsequently taken.

Zonda Bale was quick to begin.  Little Bit More was slow to begin.  Winter Time, Nawala Barko, Stressful, Stress Star and Karaoke Ken collided soon after the start checking Stressful.  Nawala Barko, Stress Star and Karaoke Ken collided approaching the first turn.  Nawala Barko, Karaoke Ken and Lucia Rossa collided on the first turn.  Stressful and Stress Star collided on the first turn.  Nawala Barko and Lucia Rossa collided approaching the home turn.  Stressful and Stress Star raced wide on the home turn.  Stress Star raced wide in the home straight.

Zac's A Sixpence and Soft Ballad were slow to begin.  Dynamo's Dove and Optimus Bart collided soon after the start.  Dynamo's Dove, Optimus Bart and Lemon Patchwork collided on the first turn checking Zac's A Sixpence, Lemon Patchwork and Soft Ballad.  Spreading Rumors and Lemon Patchwork collided in the back straight.  Dynamo's Dove checked off Optimus Bart on the second turn.  Dubsy Russell and Lemon Patchwork collided approaching the home turn causing Lemon Patchwork to contact the running rail.  Kilcolegan Cross and Zac's A Sixpence collided in the home straight.  Soft Ballad raced wide in the home straight.

Lemon Patchwork was vetted following the event.  It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

Tekki Tyrant, Final Bid and Dynamic Groover were slow to begin.  Advice Aplenty contacted the running rail on the first turn.  Southern Blaze and Coup D'Etat collided on the first turn.  Final Bid and Kifinti collided on the first turn checking Final Bid.  Southern Blaze and Kifinti collided in the home straight.  Dynamic Groover raced wide in the home straight.

Advice Aplenty was vetted following the event.  It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

Tigress Eight and Proven Glady were slow to begin.  Hardy Chief and Proven Glady collided approaching the first turn.  Harvest Gold and Kian's Hybrid collided approaching the first turn and again on the first turn.  Tigress Eight, Proven Glady and Zafonic Zjahdi collided on the first turn.  Harvest Gold and Kian's Hybrid collided approaching the home turn checking Harvest Gold.

Class Aire was slow to begin.  Cairnlea Flash and College Graduate collided soon after the start.  Class Aire, Mepunga Sammy and Nuggy Burger collided approaching the first turn.  Class Aire and Nuggy Burger collided on the first turn.  Claretown Clyde and Class Aire collided on the second turn and again approaching the home turn.  Class Aire and Nuggy Burger collided on the home turn.  Cairnlea Flash and Claretown Clyde collided in the home straight.

Blossom Noir was quick to begin.  Kilty Miss and Sun Scream were slow to begin.  Big Bad Bone checked off Oscar approaching the first turn.  First Thomas, Pequeno Rayo and Oscar collided on the first turn checking Oscar and Big Bad Bone and severely checking Oriental Katana.  Kilty Miss and Sun Scream collided on the first turn.  Oscar and Big Bad Bone collided approaching the home turn.  Pequeno Rayo checked off First Thomas on the home turn.

Oriental Katana was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to its left wrist.  A 7 day stand down period was imposed.

Liliana and Brother Moses were slow to begin.  Mabuti Girl crossed to the rail soon after the start checking Fawn Montoya and Stolen Gem.  Liliana and Fawn Montoya collided on the first turn checking Liliana.  Stolen Gem and Bryce's Boy collided on the first turn.  Bryce's Boy and Brother Moses collided approaching the home turn checking Bryce's Boy and causing Valentine Belle to race wide.  Liliana and Fawn Montoya collided several times approaching the home turn and again on the home turn checking Liliana.

Mr.M.Mcguire, trainer of Spiral Bek redeclared a new weight of 22.3kg for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2). Spiral Bek last raced at 23.4kg.

Don's Bullet was slow to begin and trailled the field throughout the event.  Corgi Cry and Tiny Profit collided on the first turn checking Santa, Corgi Cry and Darley Tuesday.  Acquitted and Tiny Profit collided approaching the home turn.

Spiral Bek was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to its left shoulder.  A 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Don's Bullet was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to its right thigh and back muscle.  A 21 day stand down period was imposed.
