Steward's Report
Joyce's Choice was a late scratching at 5:56pm on the advice of the Club’s Veterinary Surgeon due to injury. A 3 day stand down period was imposed.
A pre race sample was taken from Cosmic Tilly.
Boda Boda and Beetee were slow to begin. Goomac Keats raced wide on the first turn, checking Beetee. Boda Boda and Cosmic Tilly collided on the second turn. Cosmic Tilly and Beetee collided approaching the home turn. Nilson Bale and Goomac Keats collided approaching the winning post.
Nilson Bale was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an abrasion to the left hind foot, a 5 day stand down period was imposed.
A sample was taken from Boda Boda - the winner of the event.
