Dromore's Pearl was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained spike wounds to both hind legs. No stand down period was imposed. 

Hae Allen was very slow to begin. Yesteryear and Celtic Fire collided soon after the start. Flying Cash and Hae Allen collided soon after the start. Citrus Kiss checked off Celtic Fire approaching the first turn. Galloping Fantom, Becky Bale and Celtic Fire collided on the first turn, severely checking Celtic Fire and Becky Bale, Celtic Fire contacted the running rail as a result. Plaza Girl was a late scratching at 8.59pm due to the greyhound being on season (GAR 24). A 28 day stand down period was imposed.
