Markom was very slow to begin (3L). Perfect Rider and Chattering collided approaching the first turn checking Chattering. Lippy Bale, Cullquin Cuddle, Shazza's Gift and Magic Rusty collided on the first turn checking Magic Rusty and Shazza's Gift and severely checking Cullquin Cuddles. Markom checked off Cullquin Cuddles approaching the home turn. Shazza's Gift checked off Magic Rusty approaching the home turn. Chattering galloped on the heels of Lippy Bale approaching the home turn severely checking Chattering which collided with Magic Rusty. Shazza's Gift checked off Lippy Bale on the home turn.
Cullquin Cuddles was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a abrasion on the right stopper. A stand down period of 14 days was imposed.
