Tam's Wish was a late scratching at 11:48AM due to illness (GAR 37). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards will require a veterinary certificate, before any future nomination will be accepted.
Mimi Do It, Echelonic Action, Nishikori and Michu were slow to begin.
Mimi Do It and Sienna Bale collided approaching the first turn checking Sienna Bale. Black Cadel checked off Black Vegas approaching the home turn. Sienna Bale crossed to the outside on the home turn checking Echelonic Action and Nishikori causing both greyhounds to race wide as a result.
Echelonic Action was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the left tricep. A 5 day stand down period was imposed.
Nishikori was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury.
