From Davine and Destroy She Said collided soon after the start checking From Davine. Black Bargain, From Davine and Granma Madge collided on the first turn checking all three greyhounds. Black Bargain, From Davine and Granma Madge collided approaching the home turn causing Granma Madge to contact the running rail. Super Shy and Destroy She Said collided approaching the home turn checking Super Shy. Black Bargain raced wide in the home straight.
Granma Madge was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to both triceps and both pencil muscles. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.
