Smashing Cans and Why Not Lisa were quick to begin.  Isla Rose and Forever Humble were slow to begin.  Californa Levo, Texas Tommy and Zall Good collided soon after the start checking Texas Tommy.  Californa Levo was checked off Smashing Cans approaching the first turn.  Texas Tommy was checked off Zall Good approaching the first turn checking Isla Rose.  Zall Good was checked off Smashing Cans on the first turn checking Forever Humble.  Zall Good and Forever Humble collided approaching the home turn checking Forever Humble and Texas Tommy.  Isla Rose crossed to the outside entering the home straight and collided with Zall Good checking both greyhounds.

Texas Tommy was vetted following the event.  It was reported that there was no injury apparent.

Ringo Dingo was a late scratching at 12:24pm by Order of Stewards on Veterinary advice. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Aston Lydia was quick to begin.  Lil'Scallywag was slow to begin.  Lil'Scallywag was checked off Stormy Reign soon after the start and stumbled as a result.  Explosive Flame and Snow Good collided on the first turn checking Explosive Flame.  Explosive Flame brushed the running rail approaching the home turn.  Snow Good and Stormy Reign collided on the home turn.  Kayla Las, Explosive Flame, Stormy Reign and Snow Good collided entering the home striaght checking Kayla Las and Snow Good, severely checking Stormy Reign and causing Explosive Flame to fall.  Tumble And Dry was checked off Aston Lydia entering the home straight checking Tumble And Dry.

Explosive Flame was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a fractured left radius and ulna and was humanely euthanased.

Runnin'Star, Diegonator and Undercoat were slow to begin.  Diegonator was checked off Unexpectedly soon after the start.  Somersby Red was checked off Cleo's Boy soon after the start.  Runnin'Star was checked off Unexpectedly approaching the first turn.  Cleo's Boy clipped the heels of Billie Gaga on the first turn checking Ablazin Mikado and Unexpectedly.  Runnin'Star and Undercoat collided approaching the home turn and again on the home turn severely checking both greyhounds.  Diegonator raced wide on the home turn.

Mr. Piff was slow to begin.  Explosive Sky was checked off Brodie's Mullet soon after the start.  Brodie's Mullet, Another Man, Map It Out and Snow Matter collided soon after the start checking Another Man and Snow Matter.  Brodie's Mullet, Map It Out and Mega Torque collided approaching the first turn checking Another Man, Map It Out, Mega Torque and Miss Kadia.  Explosive Sky raced wide on the first turn.  Map It Out, Snow Matter and Mr. Piff collided approaching the winning post.

Proven Scary was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injured left monkey muscle, a 5 day stand down period was imposed.

He's Panicken was quick to begin.  Superfonic was slow to begin.  Crawf's Bread and Uno Nando collided soon after the start checking Uno Nando.  Messidonna Cloud and I'm Pumped collided soon after the start checking I'm Pumped.  Messidonna Cloud was checked off Praise Chorus approaching the first turn.  Praise Chorus, Crawf's Bread and You Say So collided on the first turn checking I'm Pumped and Uno Nando and severely checking Crawf's Bread, You Say So and Superfonic, I'm Pumped and Uno Nando raced wide as a result.  Messidonna Cloud was checked off Praise Chorus approaching the home turn.  Uno Nando raced wide on the home turn.  You Say So and Superfonic collided in the home straight.  Crawf's Bread was checked off Praise Chorus in the home straight.

Stewards spoke to Mrs E Johannsen, representative of Frankie Tana in regards to the extended period of time between the greyhound's races.  Frankie Tana last raced on the 22nd December, 2014.  Mrs Johannsen stated that Frankie Tana was returning to race after suffering from a triangle injury.  Stewards noted Mrs Johannsen's explanation.

Cosmic Jewel was quick to begin.  Frankie Tana was slow to begin.  Bradley's Angel was very slow to begin (3 lengths).  Fantasy McQueen, Kevin In Bangkok and Amber Diane collided soon after the start checking Fantasy McQueen and Amber Diane.  Yuzuki Mikado and Frankie Tana collided approaching the first turn.  Amber Diane was checked off Yuzuki Mikado on the first turn.  Running Shadow and Fantasy McQueen collided approaching the home turn.  Frankie Tana raced wide on the home turn and entering the home straight.

Frankie Tana was vetted following the event.  It was reported that there was no injury apparent.

Stewards spoke to Miss A Polzin, trainer of Sveen in regards to the extended period of time between the greyhound's races.  Sveen last raced on the 18th March, 2015.  Miss Polzin stated that Sveen was returning to race after suffering from a toe injury (split webbing) and also from illness.  Stewards noted Miss Polzin's explanation.

Flying Alf, High Style and Brooklyn Cruiser were slow to begin.  Diamond Python and Prince Nando collided soon after the start checking Prince Nando and High Style.  Sveen, Buckle Up Vicki and Flying Alf collided approaching the first turn checking Buckle Up Vicki, Flying Alf and Ragtime Lucy and severely checking Prince Nando and High Style, High Style tailed off as a reuslt.  Buckle Up Vicki and Flying Alf collided approaching the home turn checking Buckle Up Vicki and Ragtime Lucy.  Buckle Up Vicki and Ragtime Lucy collided on the home turn.

High Style was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a dropped right back muscle, a 30 day stand down period was imposed.

Walmac and Gaelic General were slow to begin.  Aye Simple Manna and Mervue collided soon after the start checking Aye Simple Manna.  Lakeview Miss and Aye Simple Myth collided approaching the first turn checking Lakeview Miss.  Mervue was checked off Aye Simple Myth on the first turn severely checking Aye Simple Manna, Walmac, Mervue and Gaelic General, Aye Simple Manna and Gaelic General raced wide as a result.  Mervue was checked off Aye Simple Manna on the home turn.  Walmac galloped on Mervue entering the home straight severely checking Mervue, Walmac and Gaelic General.
