Steward's Report
Ultimate Jack and Waynewright were slow to begin. Nitro Princess and Waynewright collided soon after the start. Tekki Minx, Faith No Fear and Lever Action collided on the first turn checking Faith No Fear, Lever Action, Kaitoke Diamond, Nitro Princess and Waynewright. Ultimate Jack, Tekki Minx and Lever Action collided approaching the second turn checking Tekki Minx. Nitro Princess brushed the running rail on the second turn. Faith No Fear checked off Lever Action on the second turn. Nitro Princess and Faith No Fear collided entering the back straight. Faith No Fear and Waynewright collided on the third turn. Nitro Princess contacted the running rail approaching the home turn and lost considerable ground as a result. Faith No Fear and Waynewright collided on the home turn.
Nitro Princess was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained soreness in the left tricep and left triangle. A stand down period of 5 days was imposed.
