Sutton Club was quick to begin. Filius Flitwick was slow to begin. Aston Gatum crossed to the rail on the first turn checking Spokesman and severely checking Banged Up Bill, Liam's Entity and Filius Flitwick. Banged Up Bill checked off Liam's Entity in the back straight. Sutton Club checked off Aston Gatum on the second turn checking Spokesman and Come At Me. Speed Chill checked off Spokesman on the home turn. Filius Flitwick raced wide in the home straight.
Banged Up Bill was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained soreness in the right wrist. A stand down period of 7 days was imposed.
