Steward's Report
Suspicious Sam turned in the boxes and took no competitive part in the event. Jadu and Shades Of Sassy collided approaching the first turn. Jadu checked off Shades Of Sassy on the first turn.
Suspicious Sam was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a laceration to its left hind leg, injuries to both wrists and an injury to its right fibula. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.
Stewards established that Suspicious Sam turned in the boxes. Acting under GAR 52(1) Suspicious Sam was placed on a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks).
Samples were taken from the first two placegetters in this event - Shades Of Sassy (1st) and Let's Run (2nd).
