Lynlea Jiddy was quick to begin. Dot Com Diesel and Jonny Quick Step were slow to begin and collided soon after the start checking Dot Com Diesel. Urban Cargo crossed to the rail soon after the start checking Get Up Dinozzo and Hardaway Drifter and severely checking Lynlea Jiddy. Demolition Guy, Hardaway Drifter and Get Up Dinozzo collided approaching the first turn checking Demolition Guy and Get Up Dinozzo. Colloquial and Urban Cargo collided approaching the home turn checking Colloquial. Hardaway Drifter checked off Dot Com Diesel enteirng the home straight. Hardaway Drifter checked off Jonny Quick Step in the home straight.
Lynlea Jiddy was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the right shoulder. A 5 day stand down period was imposed.
