Kang Bale crossed to the rail approaching the first turn, checking Cheap Currency, Sam Harper, Harry Aztec and Happy Tiger. Sam Harper and Happy Tiger collided entering the back straight, checking Sam Harper and severely checking Happy Tiger. Cheap Currency and Sam Harper collided approaching the home turn, checking Sam Harper.
Cheap Currency was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the left thigh, a 10 day stand down period was imposed.
