Dyna Geldof, Mepunga Tiara, Tiny Oasis and Know Danger were slow to begin.
Grand Legacy and Yanick Allen collided soon after the start. Mepunga Tiara and Tiny Oasis collided on the first turn checking Tiny Oasis and Know Danger. Tiny Oasis checked Mepunga Tiara in the front straight and again approaching the third turn. Dyna Geldof and Grand Legacy collided on the third turn.
