Hardy's Me Mum was slow to begin. Cruising Panther checked off She Can Skate soon after the start. She Can Skate and Doovalacky collided soon after the start, severely checking She Can Skate. No No's and Tiger Pride collided on the first turn, checking Tiger Pride. Doovalacky and Where Are We collided on the first turn and again approaching the home turn. Doovalacky galloped on the heels of Tiger Pride approaching the home turn, causing Doovalacky and Where Are We to collided, checking Tiger Pride as a result. Cruising Panther checked off Tiger Pride on the home turn.
Tiger Pride was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the left thigh. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.
