Steward's Report

Doongalla Glory was a late scratching at 2:08pm by Order of Stewards after it was established that the incorrect greyhound had been presented. At a subsequent inquiry, Stewards issued a charge under GAR 86 to Mr A.Onley for failing to present the correct greyhound to the Stewards for this event. Mr Onley pleaded guilty to the charge and was fined $250.

Hi Good Thanks was very slow to begin (6 lengths). Magical Pie raced wide in the home straight.

Bonded (lost ground in the home straight) underwent a post–race veterinary examination – no apparent injury was reported.

A post–race urine sample was taken from Struck The Lot – the winner of the event.
