An Out of Competition Sample was taken from Flying Do Do, a reserve which failed to gain a start in this event on 4th February 2015 pursuant to GAR 79A.

Vivacious Chick was slow to begin. Track Runner and Saint Oaks collided soon after the start checking Saint Oaks. Track Runner and Vivacious Chick collided approaching the first turn checking Ernie Old and Vivacious Chick. Vivacious Chick and Saint Gracie collided on the first turn checking Ernie Old and Saint Oaks. Saint Gracie galloped on the heels of Vivacious Chick on the first turn checking Vivacious Chick. Saint Oaks and Ernie Old raced wide on the home turn. Track Runner, Saint Oaks and Ernie Old raced wide in the home straight. 

Vivacious Chick was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a graze to the right hind foot.  No stand down period was imposed.

Ernie Old was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a spike wound to the left hind foot.  No stand down period was imposed.

An Out of Competition Sample was taken from Little Caviar engaged in this event on 4th February 2015 pursuant to GAR 79A.

Cee Cee Senor, Drift Liner and Oakmont Bandit were slow to begin. Taxi and Amelia Christa collided soon after the start. Drift Liner and Wilma's Thunder collided approaching the first turn. Little Caviar, Cee Cee Senor and Bebony Bale collided approaching the first turn. Little Caviar and Drift Liner collided on the first turn. Bebony Bale and Taxi collided on the first turn. Bebony Bale, Taxi, Little Caviar and Drift Liner collided approaching the home turn checking Little Caviar. Bebony Bale and Drift Liner collided on the home turn. Bebony Bale and Wilma's Thunder collided in the home straight.

Oxley Eclipse was vetted prior to the event and passed fit to race. 

Cray Cray and Oxley Eclipse collided soon after the start checking Oxley Eclipse. Southwood Rose, Lachlan Fantasy and Carlanna Lois collided on the first turn severely checking Lachlan Fantasy. Maximum Maddy and Carlanna Lois collided approaching the first turn checking Carlanna Lois. Southwood Rose, Carlanna Sharna and Maximum Maddy collided on the first turn checking Southwood Rose and Cray Cray. Arolok Jane crossed to the inside on the first turn checking Maximum Maddy, Carlanna Sharna and Oxley Eclipse. Cray Cray galloped on the heels of Oxley Eclipse approaching the home turn checking Oxley Eclipse and Lachlan Fantasy and severely checking Cray Cray. Oxley Eclipse and Carlanna Sharna collided on the home turn. Cray Cray and Lachlan Fantasy collided entering the home straight and again in the home straight. 

Lachlan Fantasy was vetted following the event.  It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

Cray Cray was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the right monkey muscle, a 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Mr. John Galea, trainer of Allmendinger redeclared a new weight of 34.1kg for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2). Allmendinger last raced at 32.7kg.

Fear The Best was quick to begin. She's Vivacious galloped on the heels of Furious Flash on the first turn checking She's Vivacious and Vapour Caper.

Lynlea Jake, See Him Go and Boo Shey collided soon after the start checking See Him Go. Pyromania, Exit Zero and Lynlea Jake collided approaching the first turn checking Exit Zero, Lynlea Jake and See Him Go. Boo Shey and Pyromania collided on the first turn checking Boo Shey. Exit Zero, Pyromania and Boo Shey collided on the home turn. Greendale Xpress faltered in the home straight.

Greendale Xpress was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the left monkey muscle, a 10 day stand down period was imposed.

A sample was taken from So Much Magic - the winner of the event.

Sky Alert was slow to begin. Sky Alert and Allen Warlock collided on the first turn checking both greyhounds. Save Geronimo and Go On Then raced wide in the home straight. Pay Da Trail and Santa's Serena collided approaching the winning post. 

Save Geronimo was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to the left monkey muscle and right triangle, a 10 day stand down period was imposed.

An Out of Competition Sample was taken from Mepunga Ledger engaged in this event on 4th February 2015 pursuant to GAR 79A.

We Are Geelong was a late scratching at 12:35pm due to illness (GAR 23).  A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards will require a veterinary certificate before any future nomination will be accepted.

Dyna Ishaan was quick to begin. Dyna Ishaan and Tekki Yvettia collided approaching the first turn. Hurricane Ash checked off Authentic Ace approaching the first turn checking Ballistic Fire. Mepunga Ledger, Dynamic Punch and Tekki Yvettia collided on the first turn checking Dynamic Punch. Dyna Ishaan and Authentic Ace collided approaching the first turn checking Authentic Ace, which collided with Dynamic Punch, checking Ballistic Fire and severely checking Authentic Ace. Dynamic Punch and Tekki Yvettia collided on the home turn. 

Authentic Ace was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the right monkey muscle and a spike wound to the left hind foot, a 7 day stand down period was imposed.

An Out of Competition Sample was taken from Dynamic Luke engaged in this event on 4th February 2015 pursuant to GAR 79A.

Hestia Bale was slow to begin. Bush Courage and Kripke collided soon after the start. Kripke and Cazar Rose collided approaching the first turn. Cazar Rose checked off Dynamic Luke on the first turn. Dynamic Luke galloped on the heels of Kripke on the first turn checking Kripke, and causing Dynamic Luke to stumble and severely checking Fluke Of Fantasy..

Bush Courage and Coolan Boy collided on the home turn.

Fluke Of Fantasy was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained split webbing to the left hind foot, a 14 day stand down period was imposed.

Dynamic Luke was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the left hamstring, a 7 day stand down period was imposed.

An Out of Competition Sample was taken from Field Marshal engaged in this event on 4th February 2015 pursuant to GAR 79A.

An Out of Competition Sample was taken from Lil Arthur engaged in this event on 4th February 2015 pursuant to GAR 79A.

The Club Veterinary Surgeon examined Direct Hit and no illness was detected. The greyhound was a late scratching at 5:49pm due to weight variation (GAR 39). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Trainer Mr. R. Redenbach was fined the sum of $100.

Field Marshal and Augusta Dreaming were slow to beign. Coolan Prince and August Dreaming collided approaching the first turn. 

Lektra Kirky and Nook And Cranny were slow to begin. Lektra Kirky, Classic Caper, Uno Frankie, See Him Next and Tear Away Guy collided approaching the first turn checking Classic Caper, Tear Away Guy, See Him Next and Uno Frankie. Lady Abby checked off Anika Bale on the first turn severely checking Nook And Cranny. Lady Abby and Tear Away Guy collided approaching the home turn. Uno Frankie and Lady Abby collided entering the home straight checking both greyhounds. Anika Bale eased approaching the winning post. 

Lady Abby was vetted following the event.  It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

Nook And Cranny was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to the right monkey muscle and right pencil muscle, a 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Stewards spoke to Mr. Mark Delbridge, the trainer of the greyhound Anika Bale regarding the greyhounds racing manners approaching the winning post.  Anika Bale was vetted following the event and re-vetted following event twelve.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the right pencil muscle, a 10 stand down period was imposed.  Acting under GAR 69(B)(1), the stewards charged Anika Bale with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury).  Mr. Delbridge pleaded guilty to the charge, Anika Bale was found guilty and stewards directed that the greyhound perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) pursuant to GAR 69(B)(1)(a), before any future nomination will be accepted.

A pre race sample was taken from Stop Moochin'.

Neliel Bale and Cosmic Tate collided approaching the first turn checking Neliel Bale. Stop Moochin' and Hashtag Drew collided on the first turn checking Stop Moochin'. Mumbles Murray and Bit Iffy collided on the first turn. Cosmic Tate checked off Stop Moochin' approaching the home turn. Cosmic Tate and Bit Iffy collided on the home turn. Morson Senor checked off Hashtag Drew in the home straight. Morson Senor and Stop Moochin'collided approaching the winning post. 

Cosmic Tate which performed below market expectations was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.
