Steward's Report
Tooradale was very slow to begin (4 lengths). Dr. Gotcha turned in the boxes and took no competitive part in the event. Taminick Girl and Plaza Boy collided soon after the start and again on the first checking Taminick Girl, causing Tooradale to gallop on Taminick Girl, severely checking both greyhounds.
Tooradale was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.
Taminick Girl was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a dislocated toe and soreness to both back muscles, a 10 day stand down period was imposed.
Dr. Gotcha was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained soreness to the left hind carpal, a 14 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards established that Dr. Gotcha turned in the boxes. Acting under GAR 52(1) Dr. Gotcha was placed on a Satisfactory Trial, All Tracks.
